Mangrove Plantation
One of AM/NS Indonesia's CSR programs that supports biodiversity by participating with several tenants of the MM2100 industrial area, planting of 20,800 mangrove trees at Pantai Bahagia, Muara Gembong, Bekasi.
Mangroves tree can provide many benefits ecosystem, especially protecting peoples from the impacts of climate change.
Mangroves can withstand large waves due to strong winds, abrasion and tsunamis.
Mangroves have large carbon storage potential, 4 times greater than tropical forests. Also as a living place for marine biota and several existing species.
As appreciation from MM2100 Industrial Area, AM/NS Indonesia as one of tenants got Certificate of Appreciation as a proof AM/NS Indonesia contribution on this event.
